This letter is way over do.  Now that the transfer of all our security systems to ESG is complete, I wanted to thank you and your great technician for making my life so much easier.  With our old security provider, I was constantly being called for false alarms and malfunctioning equipment especially in the middle of the night.  I used to lay awake at night worrying if my alarm system would go off during the night.  Now that we have transferred to ESG the only time I am called is if there actually is a break-in.  Go figure!  Isn’t that what an alarm system is for?  Thank you so much, now I can enjoy sleeping at night.

I also wanted to take the time to compliment your technicians.  During the time it took to change over our systems and add new ones your staff has been very prompt and efficient. I am not used to the great service we now receive with ESG.  Gone are the days where I would have to wait weeks to get something repaired or a user to be added.

On behalf of Great Brook Valley Health Center, please thank all of your staff for doing such a great job and dealing with our difficult problems. It’s a relief to finally find someone in the security business I can trust. And most of all, thank you so much.
