I have worked with Electronic Security Group for quite a number of years and can attest to their equipment and service. I manage a large apartment building in Downtown Worcester that does not have a lot of capital so it needs to be bid out, approved and spent where it does the most good. In the past I have utilized a very simple analog system (also installed by ESG) and used it to successfully track problems areas and has lead to many evictions based on the captured video.
ESG recently installed a megapixel camera system in the building and talk about bang for the buck I could not be happier with the result. The coverage and clarity the cameras provide is 10 steps up. The software it utilizes is spot on and a time saver. I don’t have to fast forward and backward when I am in playback looking for issues. The system will bring me right where I want to go. As it utilizes the internet I can monitor cameras from anywhere I may be with an internet connection.
Literally, I can sit at home, grab a coffee and in minutes viewed activity at my camera locations before the coffee is cold. ESG has been my vendor of choice over the last 15 years and I really cannot see that changing.

Each of the technicians who have been to our shop to do the installations and programming etc have been exceptional, knowledgeable and extremely patient! The job is not complete until the service is working properly and everything meets or exceeds our expectations. I know that Dan had other meetings scheduled on the day he was here but he rearranged his schedule to complete our job and get it monitoring correctly which required downloading updated software etc. He is a very patient man! The system we have has proved to be a very effective tool here. It was a good investment!
