A Little Bit About Vincent’s…
Vincent’s Country Store is an emporium of wonderful foodstuff servicing Westminster and surrounding communities. In this second generation, family-owned store, you can spend hours perusing their unique grocery items (I certainly did). They regularly bring in organic produce and products from local farms (the raw organic honey from Barrett Knoll Farm in Gardner is incredible!) and they also offer specialty items, like sauces, spreads and jams, plus all kinds of necessity items.
Vincent’s has a fantastic butcher section that provides fresh, daily hand-carved meats expertly crafted and cut by Fern – who has over 45 years experience with meats, plus a killer bakery offering great daily lunch specials and incredibly delicious homemade desserts (I particularly like their warm homemade apple stuffed cinnamon rolls). Vincent’s even has edible cookie dough (that my kids love!)

Defining The Video Surveillance Project:
Vincent Country Store recently partnered with Electronic Security Group to protect their 10,000 square foot country store from theft and pilfering. Before the project, we met with the owner, Brian Vincent, to discuss his needs and design a video surveillance system that would protect every nook and cranny of his facility, and allow Brian to view his store remotely, so he would have round-the-clock access without having to be on site 24/7/365 (that would certainly be daunting).
After the installation of the video surveillance system, we connected with Brain again to find out if he was happy with his new system and what his thought were.
