“I have all the peace and comfort I need with my new security system. Sometimes I’d wake up at night wondering if noises where anything to worry about. Not now! I was so happy with the installation by the nice technicians…they were so neat and clean! I can finally sleep at night and know that I have a security system that fully protects my family. Thanks Bob. You guys are wonderful!”
Emanuel Village is a 75 unit HUD 202/8 subsidized apartment complex built in 1991. It is intended for the very low income elderly and/or mobility impaired, and is nestled in the heart of Quinsigamond Village in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Even though Emanuel village offers a safe, clean complex located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the residents sometimes express concern about who is coming in and out of the building, down the halls, etc.
As a result, the Management Team began looking into improving our security camera system. According to David LaBossiere, “we went from six old black and white cameras to twenty three new high resolution color mini-cameras throughout the common areas of the building.” As a result, David says, “the residents feel safer now that the new system is installed. And as our mission statement says, ‘we …care and serve people in need.’ We wanted to make sure the residents felt safe. Now they know that if they’re concerned, they can come down to the office and we can go back and check the cameras for the area near their apartment. (Usually, what alarmed them was the newspaper being delivered or a neighbor coming in or out of their apartment).”
“Furthermore, the technicians who did the installation were wonderful. Their professionalism was beyond reproach and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were very cooperative with slight changes in the location of a couple of cameras, and very responsive to answering any questions we had. They were also very friendly and courteous. Thank you ESG for your professional, caring staff who helped our staff and residents feel more secure at home!”
“Emanuel Village would like to formally thank Bob Maunsell and his hardworking team from Electronic Security Group for a fantastic security solution. It was a pleasure to work with them on this project.”

Dear Bob,
We appreciate every ounce of effort that you put into our security cameras at Channing Terrace Apartments. Your dedication to this project did not waiver, despite the many, many revisions that we requested. We finally have our much needed security cameras and we are thrilled!
The installation process was quick and easy. Your technicians were considerate of our residents and worked efficently to install the cameras. When our electricians failed to come thorugh on time, you were able to find a contractor to complate the installation, without holding up the entire project.
The police officers that we hire to work at Channing Terrace Apartments and the police officers that routinely work in the neighborhood have found the cameras to be very convenient. We have received several compliments on the system from the Worcester Police Department, specifically the Detective Bureau, as they were trying to investigate an incident.
Bob, we look forward to working with you on the next phase of cameras that we hope to install, as well as other projects such as a security and fire alarm systems.
Sincerly,
